My job takes me around the world to build products. I travel to make contacts with manufacturers worldwide in order to locate the best fitting partners to produce our products. My focus currently is the Fuego Modular, which has landed me in Taichung, Taiwan, working with a high quality, and highly flexible niche producer of high-end grills and their stainless products. Since the first Modular concept and design, which was showcased last year, the product has now been approved for production and is currenlty in the full production design, engineering, testing, and certification phase. We are thrilled to be on target to begin mass production in September...

In honor of National BBQ Month and in support of the Hearth, Patio, and Barbecue Association, I thought I would share my favorite rib recipe. There is nothing better than family, friends, cold beer, and my Cherry Cola Ribs! I discovered this recipe in Bon Appetit magazine back in July of '02 and have been cooking it ever since.

Finally I uncovered and cleaned my Fuego 01 grill in preparation for Spring.  The teak panels wore a bit over the winter months.  I removed all the panels from its hinges, and tried the Golden Care 3 in 1 Teak Cleaner.  http://www.golden-care.com/3-in-1-carekit.ph
