A few weeks ago our Fuego CEO, Alex Siow and Chief Designer, Robert Brunner, attended the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. The show was a huge hit with about 120,000 people in attendance!

Our distribution partner down in Florida, Pinnacle Sales Group (pictured above), participated in the 2009 Master Custom Builder Council (MCBC) Golf Tournament this week and cooked on the Fuego 01 grill! The tournament took place at the Villas of Grand Cypress Golf Course in Orlando and was held in conjunction with the MCBC and Ferguson, a leading Fuego dealer.

Hearth & Home magazine, official publication of the Hearth, Barbecue and Patio industry asked its readers in a recent issue if this is the year of the outdoor electric grill. For the past 10 years, manufacturers have been struggling to feed the market with an outdoor grill that offered a flameless and smokeless option. In 2007, electric grill sales remained stagnant, which led to the electric grill category representing only two percent of total grill sales.
