Our friends down at BSC Culinary on 1665 Mission Street in San Francisco hold live demonstrations of the Fuego 01 every other Thursday hosted by the Culinary Director, Ross Rosenzweig (pictured above). Ross really flexes his culinary muscles during these demos as he uses several cooking methods to explore the varied capabilities of the Fuego 01. During my last visit, he was cooking chicken breasts using two fuel sources at the same time!

On one side of the grill he was slow cooking chicken using the lowest setting on our infinite control infrared drawer in unison with the robust large cooking lid. On the other side of the grill, he got very creative and smoked a chicken using our charcoal drawer with lump charcoal combined with Jack Daniels wood chips that are actually carved out of used whisky barrels. The flavor on the chicken he was yielding from the lump charcoal and wood chips was incredible and he had his entire staff coming back for more.

If you'd like to see a live Fuego demonstration and whet your appetite, head down to BSC Culinary and join the fun!
